Step 2 — Package Confirmation

Once the manuscript has been reviewed, the appropriate publishing package is confirmed.

At this stage you will receive:

• Your official Author–Publisher Agreement
• The invoice for the selected publishing package
• Payment instructions to begin the project

Once the agreement is approved and the initial payment is received, your project officially begins.

Step 3 — Manuscript Preparation

During this stage the manuscript is prepared for publication.

This may include:

• Light professional editing (if required)
• Interior layout and formatting
• Placement of images or special elements within the manuscript

Our goal is to ensure that the book is structured properly and ready for professional printing.

Step 4 — Cover Design & Book Setup

​

Once the interior formatting is completed, the cover is finalized and the book is prepared for publication.

This stage includes:

• Final cover preparation
• ISBN assignment
• Creation of print-ready production files
• Publishing setup and distribution configuration

These steps prepare the book for professional printing and availability to readers.

Step 5 — Author Review & Approval

Before publication, the author receives an electronic proof of the completed book.

This allows the author to review:

• Interior layout
• Cover design
• Overall presentation of the book

Any necessary adjustments are made before final approval is given.

Step 6 — Publication & Author Copies

​

Once final approval is received, the book is officially published.

At this stage:

• The book becomes available through approved print-on-demand platforms
• Author copies are ordered and prepared for delivery

Authors are then able to begin sharing their book with readers, family, friends, and their wider audience.

The full publishing process typically takes up to 45 days or less, depending on the readiness of the manuscript and the speed of the review and approval stages.
