Print-on-Demand & Shipping Policy

Purpose Driven Publishers (PDP)

Purpose Driven Publishers operates on a print-on-demand (POD) model. Books are printed only after an order is placed, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and reduced waste.

1. Print-on-Demand Model

All books published through Purpose Driven Publishers are produced using print-on-demand technology. As such:

• Books are not mass-produced or warehoused

• Each order is printed specifically for the author or customer

• Production begins only after final approval and order confirmation

• ​

2. Free Shipping to Authors

All author book orders placed through Purpose Driven Publishers will be shipped to the author’s provided address at no additional shipping cost.

This complimentary shipping applies to:

• Author copy orders included in publishing packages

• Additional author copy orders placed after publication

• ​

3. Shipping Method & Timeline

• Shipping methods are selected by PDP based on reliability and efficiency

• Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated to the author

• Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier operations

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Address Accuracy

Authors are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Purpose Driven Publishers is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Packages returned due to address errors

• Re-shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the author

• ​

5. Customs, Duties & Local Charges

For international shipments:

• Books may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees

• Any such charges imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the author

• PDP has no control over customs processing times or decisions

• ​

6. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Purpose Driven Publishers is not liable for delays or issues caused by:

• Postal or courier services

• Customs clearance processes

• Weather conditions

• Acts of God or unforeseen logistical disruptions

While PDP will assist with tracking and inquiries when possible, delivery issues beyond our control do not constitute grounds for refunds or reprints.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If an author receives books that are:

• Damaged in transit

• Missing from an order

The author must notify PDP within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. PDP will liaise with the printer or carrier to determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.

8. No Refunds on Printed Books

Because print-on-demand books are custom-produced:

• All printed book orders are final and non-refundable

• This includes author copy orders and replacement orders

• ​

9. Policy Acknowledgment

By ordering printed books through Purpose Driven Publishers, authors acknowledge and agree to this Print-on-Demand & Shipping Policy, as well as all related terms outlined in the Author–Publisher Agreement.

10. Policy Updates

Purpose Driven Publishers reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The most current version will be published on the official PDP website.
